Your Role: 

The Director of Hospital Health Partnerships will lead Happiest Baby’s hospital business, driving strategic growth, fostering relationships with hospitals and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and ensuring successful partnerships. This individual will oversee the entire hospital program, including tracking the status of all relationships and providing updates to Happiest Baby leadership and reporting directly to Dr. Karp.

These updates will include metrics such as the number of hospitals using SNOO, utilization data, and clinical settings where SNOO is being implemented.

In addition to growing the hospital network, the Director will maintain a pulse on the existing hospital cohort to ensure satisfaction, identify commercial opportunities, and drive optimal utilization of SNOO. This role combines strategic vision, operational execution, and relationship management to expand SNOO’s impact on clinical care and hospital efficiency.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Strategic Growth and Partnerships:
    • Establish, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with hospitals and GPOs, focusing on NICU and maternity care settings.
    • Drive adoption of SNOO within hospitals, identifying new opportunities for implementation and expanding usage in clinical settings.
    • Develop and execute creative strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Relationship and Cohort Management:
    • Track and manage the status of all hospital relationships.
    • Provide regular updates to Happiest Baby leadership on the hospital cohort, including:
      • The number of hospitals using SNOO.
      • How hospitals are utilizing SNOO.
      • The clinical settings in which SNOO is being implemented.
    • Monitor satisfaction within the existing cohort to identify opportunities for improved engagement and growth.
  • Sales and Communication Excellence:
    • Deliver compelling, persuasive presentations to hospital administrators, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent Happiest Baby at hospital visits, conferences, trade shows, and other live events to generate leads and promote SNOO’s benefits.
    • Serve as the primary advocate for Happiest Baby’s vision of integrating innovative technology into clinical care.
    • Build, manage and nurture a hospital sales team.
  • Operational and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, research, legal) to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
    • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track progress, and provide insights to leadership.
    • Ensure the effective implementation of SNOO in hospitals, maintaining a focus on utilization and impact.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Hospital Administration (preferred) or relevant healthcare background.
  • RN or clinical background preferred, particularly in maternity or neonatal care settings.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within healthcare or hospital systems.
  • Knowledge of hospital supply chain processes and experience with GPOs is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to track metrics and present updates.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach platforms.

Annual Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 depending on experience
